I am registered with the ICCO as a Data Controller which is your assurance of the safe handling of your personal data.
For counselling/psychotherapy I have been trained in the following models, all of which allow me to use a fully integrative approach tailored to suit your individual needs as a unique human being: Person Centred, Gestalt, Existentialism, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) , Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis, Behavioural Systems, Solution Focussed Brief Therapy, EMDR, EFT. My Post Graduate Supervision training was based on an integrative model, and is appropriate across a range of professions, including hypnotherapy. My Hypnotherapy Diploma was for qualified psychotherapists and I have additional specialisms in smoking cessation and weight management (including virtual gastric band).
